Please READ and follow all these directions.
All Non-Panasonic Users
For all non-Panasonic users (customers/vendors), please reach out to an existing PAC TeamForge project administrator who will submit a ‘TeamForge Support Request’ in Konos enterprise application on your behalf. Be sure to provide them with your first and lastname, company name and company email address. Personal email addresses will not be granted access. This PAC request is considered the required internal authorization.
Panasonic Users Only
To create an account, open an Application Access Request in Konos. Upon submission, the request will be sent to your manager for approval. Once approved, you will be granted internal PAC access to TeamForge.
Once you login to TeamForge, you will not have access to ANY projects except the SF.Info public project. You must ask an internal PAC TeamForge project admin to have your account added to their project.
Note: This is on a project-by-project basis. Once they’ve added you to their project, you will be able to view the project by the ADMIN option under My Workspace which will display a listing of all projects you have visibility of. No further action is needed on your part. Section 3 is not applicable to you.
After your account has been created, we will immediately change it from restricted (the default type) to unrestricted which enables you to see ALL but the private projects. In the “All Projects” tab, you can see the visible projects home page and if desired request to join the project. If you can only see the SF.Info project, send an email to sourceforge-admin requesting that your account be changed from restricted to unrestricted.
If you need to join a project, click on the “Join this Project” button on the project’s home page. In the “Request Comment” tell the project administrator what you need to access in the project: documents (read or write), releases (read or write), etc.
Please do not email the Teamforge admins requesting access to any project. You must make the request to the project administrator(s) via the “Join This Project” button. If you need to know their names they are listed for each project in the “All Projects” list.
On Line Training can be accessed by clicking on the “On Line Training” near the top of the CollabNet TeamForge web page.
Documentation for users of TeamForge is in the SF.Info project in the Documents section in two folders:
“TeamForge Documentation” and “SourceForge Documentation”.
